制度が変更になり、申請はオンラインで行っております。オンラインでの受けとりの場合、在留資格認定証明書は廃止となり、受領メールそのものが在留資格認定証明書の代わりとなります。許可後は、その電子メールをPDFで添付します。従来の在留資格認定証明書（COE）は顔写真付きの紙でしたが、電子メール受け取りの場合、そのメール自体がCOEとなります。なので、添付するメールのPDFを印刷又はスマートフォンに保存し、現地の日本大使館または領事館にてメールを提示、査証申請を行ってください。なお、査証申請方法については、お客様の方から直接日本大使館または領事館にお問い合わせください。メールには受領登録と書かれていますが、弊所で完了していますので、そのまま日本大使館か領事館でこれを提示してください。また、メールには英語でも注意事項が記載されていますので、ご確認ください。
在留資格認定証明書（COE）は、交付日より３ヵ月以内に日本へ入国しなければその効力を失いますのでお気を付けください。

[Regarding the digitization of the Certificate of Eligibility on the Immigration Bureau website]
Due to a change in the system, applications are now made online. For online receipt, the Certificate of Eligibility will be abolished and the receipt e-mail itself will replace the Certificate of Eligibility. The e-mail will be attached in PDF format.The conventional Certificate of Eligibility (COE) was a piece of paper with a photo, but in the case of receipt by e-mail, the e-mail itself becomes the COE. Therefore, please print or save the attached PDF file on your smartphone, present the e-mail at the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country, and apply for a visa. Please contact the Japanese embassy or consulate directly for information on how to apply for a visa.The email may say "received and registered," However, it has already been completed at our office, so please present it to the Japanese embassy or consulate. The email also contains instructions in English, so please check it carefully.
You must enter Japan within 3 months after the COE is issued. If not, your COE will lose its effectivity.
